Islamabad: The total number of Confirmed Cases of COVID-19 has risen to 94, as another 50 cases emerged in Sind on Monday.
Only 76 cases are registered in Sindh. On Twitter, an official spokesperson for the Sind Murtaza Wahab provincial government said: “Additional results have been obtained. So far, 50 people who came to Sukkur from Taftaan have tested positive, 25 in Karachi and 1 in Hyderabad. Therefore, the total number of patients reached 76 in Sindh. Of these 76 patients, 2 recovered and the remaining 74 were in isolation. “
There are 76 confirmed cases in Sindh, 10 in Baluchistan, one in Baluchistan, one in Punjab, five in Gilgit, Baltistan and two in Islamabad.
The first case of coronavirus was reported yesterday in Lahore. A patient who was quarantined at Mayo Hospital returned from Britain a couple of days ago. The patient’s relatives also undergo screening.
