The government has launched a mobile food service for daily rates and workers in twin cities to alleviate them during the financial crisis in which Pakistan is concerned about the spread of the coronavirus.

Mobile Langar Khan works through the Ehsaas and Saylani Welfare Trust programs to provide food to the poor so that they are hungry if they cannot find work.

Dr. Sania Nishtar tweeted: “To feed the workers and daily rates most affected by the emergency # COVID2019, @Ehsaas_PK and @OfficialSWIT launched the Langar-on-Wheels pilot project in sister cities. Dignity, security and social distance will be guaranteed with the delivery of 1,200 boxes of food per day.
