Prime Minister Imran Khan, head of the House in the National Assembly, will attend the meeting of parliamentary party leaders in the upper and lower houses of Parliament on Wednesday afternoon.
The President of the National Assembly, Asad Qaiser, called the meeting of the leaders of the parliamentary parties at the House of Parliament.
Prime Minister Khan is also the parliamentary head of the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). The meeting of parliamentary leaders will discuss the situation arising from the coronavirus outbreak and its impact on the country’s economy.
Pakistan People’s Party President Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will also attend the meeting via a video link.
