Punjab Launches SoP for Burial Virus of Victim

The Punjab government has issued standard operating procedures for the burial of people dying of coronavirus. As part of the SoP, a team of six people will monitor the latest rites from quarantine to the cemetery.

No one can touch the body, packed in a plastic bag, and it will be placed on the grave with strings. Personal protective equipment is required for officials and family members attending a funeral.

Everything used by the victim would be discarded, and the isolation room was washed with phenethylamine to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

Authorities sent copies of the POE to commissioners, hospital directors, and other interested departments.
