Four doctors working in private hospitals tested positive for coronavirus in Karachi on Saturday. Aga Khan hospital officials said three employees, including a surgeon and a radiologist, were infected with the virus, after which all patients were banned from entering the facility.
Similarly, the Liaquat National Hospital stated that one of its doctors in the radiology department received a positive result. He added that the patient attending the Tableeghi Jamaat meeting is currently isolated in his home.
Earlier Friday, two doctors, a man, and a woman, tested positive for Dera Ghazi Khan, who worked at a quarantine center. Punjab Health Minister Mohammed Usman said Dr. Osama and Dr. Saba are in danger and isolated.
