CM Buzdar Orders All Schools to Reduce Fees by 20% in April and May

LAHORE – The Punjab government on Monday ordered all provincial schools to charge 20% less tuition for ongoing holidays.

Punjab chief minister, Usman Buzdar, on his twitter ordered all private schools to not only impose deductions but also charge a monthly fee.

He continued that schools must pay full salaries to all teachers and staff on time.

“No school will be allowed to fire teachers and staff,” CM wrote on Twitter.

Orders will be valid only in April and May.

Currently, all schools in the province are closed to stop the spread of the new coronavirus. In the province on Monday, there was an increase in cases with a count of 1,493 people.
