Sahibzada Sultan, a well-known racer, won his first race at the Thar Flood Jeep Rally 2023, which concluded in the Mithi district in Sindh and all the joyous celebrations, reported on Sunday.
He completed the distance of 108km within 1 hour, 15 minutes, and 21 secs to top the podium in category A. Shiraz Qureshi was second in the race with a time of 1 hour sixteen minutes 55 secs. Sheharyar Khan was third and covered the distance in 1 minute, 17 mins, and 23 seconds.
In category B, Bilal Chaudhary stood. First, Aqeel Ahmed was in second place, and Nawaz Dasti was in third.
Advertising -In the category of women, Maham Shiraz secured first place. He completed the required distance in just one hour, twenty-four minutes, and 28 seconds.
Advertising –The Tharparkar Jeep rally was arranged to aid the people impacted by the flooding in the second half of the year, Sindh and Balochistan. Many of the country’s most well-known rally drivers participated in the rally.
The camel race and horse race, and Sindh the Sindh Malakhara cultural games were also played on this occasion. Lala Rahim Pathan won the first spot in the Malakhara race, and Kashif Bajeer won the race for the first-time winner of the marathon race. In contrast, Anwar Hajjam won the camel race.
The ceremony to close the fair took place at the Benazir Complex Mithi. The Sindh Sports Councilor Arbab Lutfullah, Dr. Mahesh Kumar Malani, Mukesh Kamal Chawla, and others were at the closing ceremony. They also handed out prizes and trophies to the winners.
